Freedom is Living Authentically the Life You Really Want to Live.

I had the distinct feeling I was looking into the most beautiful sunset….and it spoke to me and I could only hear it in the place where there is no language. I was going to respond right away…but I wanted a day just sit with your words.

We reflect each other and its a miracle to me!!!!

Hmmmm…needing no one?  O, I wanted to grab you and hug you!!!  I see what you mean, if you mean that we are not attached to no CERTAIN one…but we need love, yes?  like we need water and air.  The soul cannot live without love.  And of course, if we continue in a relationship where love is not flowing, then this is damaging to the soul. 

I once went to the core of pain losing a love….the attachment was as strong as being attached to living.  O, after recovery (big smile!)…I did learn, I truly did…..never stop loving….love totally and know MIND MESSES UP EVERYTHING!!!!!  I never expect a relationship to last more than the hour I am loving….(!)…so if I am in love for an hour, a day, ten years ~ or a lifetime….oooohhhh, I just enjoy!  Never being attached to whom….

My love goes out like a big message :  “To Whom It May Concern” !!!!!!

But, OH, I believe in love. 

Love is the only Freedom from Attachment.  When there’s love,there’s no need for attachment!

Good Day, Valerie!  From your words I was reflecting how difficult change can be when we have to will it ~ or as you say ‘muster the courage.’  If we watch very closely we can usually see a pattern emerging ~ negative behavior repeating itself mindlessly.  If we can see it very clearly, it becomes easier to jump out of it.  The clearer we see this, the easier it is to leave this negative pattern that is causing us to suffer.

Relationships, to me, are like koans.  They can’t be figured out…they must be lived. And you have to live with the mystery of it, the impossible ability to figure it out…(no clue!) to come to conclusion, to make it ‘right’.   But patterns of behavior can be seen and changed.  The courage comes from the seeing the negative pattern so clearly, that no way would you wish to repeat it ~ a well of energy emerges to change this behavior.  Sometimes relationships cannot withstand the change…but often times it creates freshness, a chance to start fresh with ourselves ~ a clearing.

Practicing meditation, and particularly zazen, has shown me the most powerful and healing move is no-move.  Not to stir a problem often times resolves it. 

Living and practicing to experience spiritual enlightenment, freedom becomes freedom from “I”.  To live choiceless….just simply living, tasting the joys that are present everyday, relief from the constant problems that “I” have….and seeing life like a child, playing, enjoying, practicing no-mind…..freedom to love everything, without ‘mind’s’ opinion if it is okay or not.  

Freedom from “I” is the greatest freedom of all……

but the paradox, as there is always paradox in truth, is you must first assert the “I”…..make it authentic and true…..then you drop it.  Then you empty…experience joy.  It feels to me we need authenticity only when there are lies….then subtly even the thought of authenticity disappears…

somehow it feels to me even authenticity disappears and only Life is.

It is the final freedom…..

I have been having a tiny bit of trouble with allergies….I thought I better look again, maybe it is the video!  I didn’t know this would give allergic reaction.

I looked again…..you don’t like to see Ms. Cambell dancing with that hot bod?  Or Cindy Crawford all hot and bothered in the bathtub?  You almost get to cop a look at her breasts.  Or that girl crawling around on the floor with such perfect symmetry?  Or the one with the Ms. Hollywood look, holding her cigeratte in such self-satisfied attitude?  Or Linda?  She is playing all in her shirt and we get to look up her clothes while she is singing the song.

alright, I am beginning to get the point….maybe it is some stupid (big, big, big smile!)…..

I thought the lines:  I think there’s something you should know….There something deep inside of me….there’s someone I’ve forgot to be…….It looks like the road to heaven but it feels like the road to hell……I don’t belong to you and you don’t belong to me……all we have to do now is take these eyes and make them true somehow. 

These lines are lines of someone seeking, realizing the illusion of freedom and the discovery of the soul and its needs.

O, this idea soulmates is a very tricky one to me.  I do believe in chemistry….certain individuals come together and the energy flows in such a way that a harmony can be felt…an increase of oneself.  But the idea of soulmates seems odd to me.  Love is a very mature ability.  Love is a quality of one’s being.  I have an opinion, that unless one has entered deep into themselves, is meditative, love is not possible.

Once you’ve gone deep into your unconsiousness and dispelled the darkness there, you become more and more aware, and love comes on its own accord.  Love is quality of being….not an act or an experience. 

Lust for another’s body or just the quality of someone not being available, then the word “love” is used to mean, “I want.”  But once they ‘get’ it was not love…it could not be.  The person themselves had not matured.

When someone is calling for a soulmate, I feel they would be doing better to be meditating (big, big smile!!!)  Soulmate should have nothing to do with sexes and nothing to do with bodies.  This Love would be a spiritual experience. It goes directly to the person and looks into the soul.  Love then is a sort of affinity with the innermost being of the other person - but this is a totally different thing than maybe what I ‘intuit’ soulmate meaning socially.

Love yourself and watch - today, tomorrow, always.

If we condemn ourselves how can we grow? 

When we love ourself, we get rid of all that condemnation, all that rubbish that has been beaten into our souls, and we begin to see our worthiness and feel how we are truly loved by all existence….then we can see others in their true light and we become compassionate.  We see we are a chosen vehicle for the divine!  Worthy of love, and fully loving!!!!

It is sad because we dont’ have that much time to grow and learn, and most of the life is spent condemning the self.

Love yourself and watch…..I always thought that was beautiful from the Buddhist script.  Not Know Yourself……but Love Yourself….love yourself….love yourself and watch - today, tomorrow, always.

Where to start to respond to your letter?  Hmmmmm…..????

I would like to encourage you, CrudeBliss, in following your religious convictions!  I feel for growth there first has to be a system.  A person left wondering on their own would have to be so supremely intelligent to find their own way ~ and as one Zen Master said - and that’s none of you!!!  So a system is a must for human soul. 

Yet, in my own experience from following so many wonderful systems, the Holy Bible, the Gita, the Srimad, Patanjali, Zen, Buddha ~ They lead you wisely to no-system.

Buddha was a genius!  I followed his words building all these systems…then he says, “Now, all the dharma you have learned is no-dharma.  There is no dharma.”  I am there like a big joke played on me.  But I was hooked.  I felt towards Buddha, “Buddha you are the best salesman I have ever met.  You have me convinced me I am nothing and everything is empty.”  !!!!!!  What a saleman!

But before this time, systems are necessarily…then systems must be elliminated.

And I understand your words, CrudeBliss, and I don’t wish to take anything away from them.  Yet, when I read we would be like animals, my response was…what is wrong with that?  Animals are beautiful!  They are more decent than humans!  I love being an animal!  I strive to be more like animals!!!!

If people were not forced to meet a social point, I feel so much violence would be avoided.  The sexual repression and the churches and religions have done a great damage to the people.  And I personally have loved ALL religions, but, see, I chose them from my free will.  I reached for them…not forced onto me.

There is such a delicate balance.  I personally do not give my children religion.  I give them Love.  And I let them see my passions openly.  I feel you ruin someone if you force.  Love and acceptance and respect…..then education, proper spiritual education ~ then a person can decide.  They are free to go right or wrong…but left to themselves with love and respect, they most likely will choose right.

But this, of course, is ideal….and ideal is for another plane…not earth (big smile!)

CrudeBliss, you are a very beautiful person.  Your heart is so beautiful.  Your love and passion for God is beautiful.  Please, understand that I accept your ways…..as you are free and that makes your way right. 

The ignorance and violence and stupidity of the people you brought up from the church, doing such harm to that young lady, this is criminal…not even to be spoken about in places where decent mind is being sought.  That which was done is criminal.  And it is also criminal what has happened to those caught in this trap.  These are the dangers of being free of having mind and choice.  It can go wrong and it can go very right.

We cannot go back to horse and buggy…..we now have science, great advances and we must also match those advances emotionally, and spiritually.  Always there are challenges and it is up to us with our freedom of choice to continue to grow by all means.

I am happy you didn't delete!  We cannot keep our mouths shut…just as the wave on the ocean cannot remain hidden….you must rise up and speak!  I am so glad you did.

HOW COOL IS THAT?????!!!!!  I know!  There are times I feel so stunned….my mind screams in wonder, in inability to comprehend how this has come to be!  How I AM!   Spinning in a circle that I am created by something unknown and greatly powerful…..so precious.  The UNKNOWABLE!!!!!  And I am eternally apart of this!  Sometimes I think of Arjuna in the Gita when the Lord Revealed himself and it was so horrifying and great!  I am happy to know God as Love….I feel certain I would die a stunning death to see the reality of this Lord.

Love is the evidence of this nature, yes?  But what different kinds of love do you speak of, CrudeBliss?  Love is love, yes?  Of course, I know of 'wants'….but to love another is our nature….to desire love is our nature….to give love is our nature…..to search for love is our nature.  Love is our nature.  I know it hurts so much to reach and be rejected….to give and it not turn out like we want….but that's the nature of life!  That is the practice of non-attachment. 

I read an enlightened story once of a man that came to learn from a enlightened sage.  The Master said:  Well, tell me.  Have you been in love before?  The man said:  No.  I would never give myself to something so low.  The Master said:  Never?  Not even a little?  Maybe just a feeling?  The man responded:  Of course not!  I am a man of god!  I would not do something so below me.  The Master then responded:  I am sorry.  I cannot help you.  you must find another master.  You must have experience of loving another, of feeling love for someone, something!  It is THIS experience that must grow and multiply till it is realized as God himself.  I cannot help someone that has not loved in this world.

I love your enthusiasm, CrudeBliss!  And you have honored me by sharing your friendship!  You are right on!  I wish you love inside and out!  And I dance this rapturing escstasy that you give me….I dance it for you, with you!  I know this passion you feel.  May we die in it!!!!

Hiya, Tharlam!!! 

Actually this is quite beautiful.  In penetrating samadhi ~ when all thoughts are silent ~ the clear light of the soul is perceived.  This clear consciousness does expand!  From where this light comes to where it goes is nowhere!  It is facinating.  And it is limitless, brilliant. 

Hmmm?  Is it freedom?  When you are free of attachments and activity of the mind, and utterly still, it arises!!!!!  It is freedom from ignorance of your true nature! 

It is my opinion, when this expanding light expands beyond the crown chakra this, to me, is defined as Ineffible Enlightenment!  Yes!  It is Freedom!

It is also the art of Zazen!  Daily sitting allowing the clear light to expand.  Not allowing a single thought to disturb it!  It feels like to me sitting and protecting an eternal candle, an eternal flame, even the breath will disturb it….so you are very still…and it continues till it is a brilliant, limitless LIGHT!

Ah!  Zazen!  I sit!  I sit!

Actually, I do mean that….I'm sitting now!  (big, big smile!)

Maybe, I thought, it is because fate and destiny belong to the temporal experience.  When seeking the eternal all is illumination.  All Is..All is.

O, Jeremiah, you sound very “Gurdjieff”!   Gurdjieff says man is an automanton.  His thoughts, feelings, and deeds are little more than mechanical reactions to external and internal stimuli.  He cannot do anything.  In and around him, everything happens without the participation of his own authentic consciousness.  But human beings are ignorant of this state of affairs because of the pervasive influence of culture and education, which deeply impresses in man the illusion of autonomous conscious selves.

In the real sense, man is alseep.  There is no authentic I am in this presence, but only an egoism which masquerades as the authentic self.

Michael's words on fate and destiny brought me to reflect words that Tharlam brought to a Forgiveness Post on Vajrayani Gaia about a man that suffered an ill fate.  He was a victim, to my mind, of time and circumstances, and desired forgiveness for events that had transpired.  It is this man's circumstances that helped me see fate and destiny more clearly.

We cannot be understood apart from the circumstances and the society with which we function.  So man's potential inner development is not separate from the actual predicament. ~ to me, this is fate.

When we awaken, in the Gurdjieff sense of the word, and live as a unique being whose intelligence and power of action mirror the energies of the source of life itself ~ this reflects, to me, 'destiny.'

I better understand your words, Michael.  And thank you for your patience with me!

O, this thing called love!  Love and silence are very similar experiences to me. 

As Jeremiah mentioned, existence gives you birth, gives you life, gives you love.  It gives you everything that is invaluable.  Everything that you cannot purchase. 

When you are ready to give the whole credit of your lives to existence, then you realize the beauty of non-doing ~ you realize love, gratitude.  You did not DO it.  It happened.  And the realization of this is silence, love, gratitude.  It was all given to you, freely.  A free gift.

People can miss love because they are taught it is something that you do.  Just as you cannot do silence ~ Silence happens when you are NOT ~ when DOING ceases ~  Love is a similar phenomenon.  Gratitude, Love, Silence these beautiful experiences cannot be done. 

Very few people come to know the art of non-doing and allowing things to happen.  If you truly wish to experience the great things beyond this world, things which were given freely to you, then you must learn the art of non-doing ~ the art of meditation.  The art of silence.

Meditation is the art of coming to this free gift.

Real moments of love remain unspoken.  Like Silence.  The feeling, the aura around you say everything you could never say, can never be said.  Love is so precious.

And it is so precious to me because it is free.  You need not do anything.

It seems impossible to the “mind” that by doing nothing you gain the most precious experiences of the human life. I certainly am not against doing.  But it is good to set some time aside for non-doing, for realizing what is freely given to you from timeless beginning.

And, Michael!  Thank you! (big smile)…for THE sweet words!

Good Day, Satya-Seer!!!  Hi!  What is today's Q & R?  I was unable to find it!!!!

And, Jeremiah!  Thank you for your beautiful words.  I read it slowly many times!

Releasing!  Yes, yes, yes, yes!  In otherwords do not REPRESS feelings.  This is one of the primary keys to being authentic.  Working with individuals they often want to know 'what is wrong with me?'  Nothing is wrong with you!!!! Nothing!!!!

Nothing is wrong in your feelings, and nothing is wrong with you.  What is needed is not to repress your feelings.  This is freedom.  Repression is to live a life that you were not meant to live.  Repression is to do things you never wanted to do.  Repression is a way to destroy yourself.

We have been taught for thousands of years to repress our feelings. We have been taught to be like 'jesus' or another saint….but not yourself.  Repress your feelings, we are told, and be like someone else.  We have been taught this from the very beginning.  This message has gone deep down into us. 

Self-rejection has become our nature.  And because of this it is very difficult and frightening to show our true feelings. 

If ever you start to repress your feelings just remember: it's a trick to cripple you.  This is what has caught you from the very beginning.  You were taught from the very beginning to repress your feelings.  It will destroy you.  Repression is a way of creating conflict within you.  And when you are in conflict with yourself, you become very weak.

So what to do?  “Freedom comes from the discipline of breathing, embracing (accepting) & releasing (expressing) what IS as it arises that creates a path of MAGIC AND FREEDOM.
 
Love that, Jeremiah!  Be expressive.  Express yourself intelligently and no harm will happen.  A person who is not harming themselves will not harm another.  But if you are suffocating yourself, rejecting yourself, in great conflict, you become destructive.You are harming yourself, you cannot help but harm another.

I had a taste of enlightenment once, oddly, while riding in the car with my family.  Intensely practicing zen and inner silence for days….a powerful thought came to mind and my whole body went orgasmic.  Suddenly it felt as if my head was cut off…absolutely no head.  I could feel the whole universe.  My eyes felt as if they were in the clouds, in the sky, and I absolutely knew I was not separate from the universe.  My whole belly opened up and I knew exactly what it must have felt like when I was one or two years old. 

This experience lasted a few minutes.  It was a great blessing to me.  A taste!  Ah!  If this is reality….it seemed sad indeed to me what has happened to us.  We are slowly taught from the very beginning we are not this…we are a name, we are given a false identity, slowly we are educated and we are taught over and over in EVERY situation to feel separate. 

Listen to your instincts, listen to your body, listen to your heart, listen to your intelligence.  Depend on yourself (you are the universe, you know?) Go wherever your spontaneity takes you, and you will never be at a loss.  There's no place you could have been lost anyway….accept that you were taught not to be yourself.

I made such a typo on that last sentence, I just had to say something.  Usually I leave my typos alone.  But this one make me belly laugh!  I used to be a court reporter…and o, my, I was the worse proofreader!

But….the last sentence: accept that you were taught not to be yourself. (!) what???  all this and ACCEPT???

No, no…I meant to type: except that you were taught not to be yourself.

Hi, Satya-Seer!!!  (love this name!)

Personally, going to the root of myself was something like traveling through a junk yard!  To accept myself as I was, I seemed to be a big bag of anguish, anxiety and despair.  Yet learning to accept reality as it is, and as it was, these feeling began to evaporate.  (for me personally, the acceptance also took therapy.  I was unable to become perfectly clear on my own.  Primal therapy was a great help!)   Then I began to experience love and acceptance.  Instead of being split and many people inside, I became one.  No rejection and no repression of what is and what was.  And being one is blissful!!!!  That's what the mystics have been telling us for so long ~ being one is blissful, being many is hell.  Being full of repression and split is hell. 

So I need a before and after picture here….before integration relationships were difficult.  After integration, it seems always blissful!  No matter what comes, relishing (as you say!!!!).  Just being and accepting.

And I sat and reflected much on your question to me about knowing yourself through another.  I agreed with you.  But as I sat and dug deeper, I felt the other is not needed.

I feel the 'other' is needed when the mind is holding onto ideas about who we are, a fixed concept of what we are….the 'other' seems to mirror us and we see that maybe we are or are not this or that…giving us information about who we are.  Like I am imagining I have three eyes, someone reflects, no you have two….oh, okay!

Yet if we hold no ideas of who we are, the other is not needed.  It's the holding of ideas of who we are that makes us depend on reflections.  We seem to be holding consciously and unconsicously ideal selves within…and this ideal is what creates the problem, the uncertainly.

If there is no ideal, there can be self-communion.  When you are only relating to what is, then there is self-communion.   

For example, when meditating, there is no one there, yet you can be known, truly known for how you are in reality.  It is the greatest experience to me.  Once you know this, no reflection is needed.  There is self-communion.  

O, Satya, Seer!!!!  I do agree with you.  Just looking at the other shades I see.

And Jeremiah!  Look at you speaking Spanish!  I have a full-time Spanish housekeeper.  She speaks not a word of English, nor I Spanish.  All day we are acting out what we want understood.  Oh, we laugh and enjoy each other. 

And, O, Jeremiah…I know I can be so wordy.  I rarely talk in person….but then I can be so wordy.  Thank you for sharing and tolerating my long version!!!! (big, big smile).

Hey, 7thGeneration, don't be concerned if you tremble, it is a sign of your intelligence!!!  Your body might tremble, your mind will tremble, yet if you watch, just as you say, deep within is the divinity. 

To be fearless is not to be unafraid.  Fearlessness is realizing there are two parts to you: one that is trembling and deep within the divinity.  Even if you are trembling, there's a place within that remains unaffected!!!!

Yeah, Jeannie!  It's what you say!  Both Silence (no ideal) wow…and relationship!  Silence and love!  I do think this is the BEST life, to have both.

It seems people can be full of one or the other….some that deal mostly in relationship are called 'worldly.'  And others that abstract into silence are called 'monks.' 

I love what you say! To be whole is to experience both…

To be in relationship we transform…we become more (!)
But then we also need silence, to release the ideal…and just be! (O, I love this!)

What beautiful words flowing from your soul…your belly must be open, energy rising, surrendered in tender intimacy.  Meow….

See the unseeable, and seeing, move into it,
Keep this unseen forever in your heart.
Raise the Ganges of the nether world up to the highest,
To the inner sky of the crown chakra.
There drink its purified water.

Close your eyes and see the unseeable. This feeling that burns inside of you.  And once you have seen it bring it into your innermost core.  It has be to realized there.  Just seeing it is not enough to comprehend it. The glimpse you receive has to be united with your state of being.  Hold it till it turns into an eternal lamp continuously burning inside of you, whose light goes on forever.

Passions in the belly move upward toward the crown.  And the purified waters, there you drink, drink your fill of this nectar, oh, this elixir of love.  Let the divine settle in your heart, as your heart settles in the divine, and continue to drink your fill of the eternal nectar, till it becomes the very breath of your soul.

Here it is present, here it is hidden,
Here are the three worlds.
Here explore your emptiness.

Ah, yes! The Inner Sanctuary.  Jeremiah!  It took me years to find this….20 years of intense practice and study.  and then I fell in love, really in love.  And was thrown violently into this inner sanctuary.  So, I felt, 20 years of advancement in one moment of time!  What I couldn't manage in 20 years, happened in one moment of love….what laughter!

When the heart feels fulfillment then the question of moving towards the Divine never arises, you've already attained.

Yet it seems coming to a true experience of love feel like climbing the highest mountain….such a long journey.  Lots of sweat, tiredness and one is out of breath.  If you continue you reach the peak and know yourself as love…if you turn back, you feel helpless, lost…

I read a poem yesterday that said:

Our existence is like a bubble,
This whole show is a mirage.
Open the eye of the heart to the other world also -
Any status here is just a dream.

Our world what we see is a result of our desiring, our cravings and ambition.  And a person who does not wake up from this will never know themself.  And there is no happiness without knowing yourself.  No taste of the divine without knowing yourself.

This inner sanctuary.   It can be found in many ways….I found it through love.  But I believe had I not practiced mindfulness, meditation, silence, discipline….this is what I mean by sweat, tiredness, out of breath….then there would not have been enough silence to allow love…or enough sensitivity to know love was present…..or meditative enough to realize this was divine.  Or intelligent enough (and you only need a little intelligence)…to know this was home.

Thank you, Chi!

It seems to me the attachment that creates the most difficulty, is the one you mentioned in the 'challenge' blog…that is attachment to misery!  It seems the root attachment to me.  If you really want to know enlightenment, god, somehow, by what means you have, you must let go of your misery! 

Whereever you meet someone truly religious, you see people dancing…where there is a Jesus, there is a winebar open!  Or where there is a Krnsa, there is dancing!

It is the most difficult attachment…our attachment to misery!   It seems if we let it go, we will be considered mad!  We are not accepted unless we hold on to it!  Others will reject us, so we often hold on to it just to seem acceptable! 

Oh, go Mad!  Just don't tell anyone!  and they will leave you alone in your happinesss.  Allow yourself somehow to feel happiness!  Let go for even a day of your trouble and try somehow to breath a breathe unattached to misery.

Now FOOD!  That's another attachment, yes!  I remember so well a certain admonishment from a Zen Master that said, Oh, so you think you are spiritual?  We will see how you do when the oxygen mask is on your face and your life is leaving, we will see how attached you are.  You say you are spiritual but you cannot live without your food for one day….

I felt well, ok….this is quite the challenge he is offering.  Attachment to food and life is getting in the way of bliss.

Oh, I like this Chi!  I just responded above to the previous post…so thank you again for this updated one!!!

I see something more!  I enjoy what you bring. 

Your words bring to me the feeling of Tantra!  In Tantra we are taught do not be afraid of attachment!  No!  You go fully into it!  You consume your desires and attachments with the fire of awareness!  You go straight into what you fear, into what 'has' you!

And oh, yes!  I see how attached I can be to something - but instead of resisting it, or becoming afraid of it, you go into it!  Fully!  And you come out laughing!  Because the attachment was merely ignorance, silly.  Once you know something through and through,  you will no longer be attached!  But how can you know if you fight it!??? 

Now the food attachment, I haven't thought of this one much!  Thank you, Chi, for offering this to be considered.  Actually, personally, when I was practicing Christianity, I fasted and prayed until literally my hair fell out in a big circle right at the crown of my head!  Uh!  So I left Christianity and began studying the Gita!  I wanted a practice that was not fasting!!!! (big smile!)…the prayer I could handle, but I needed some food!!!!

Attachments often give us GREAT lessons!!!!  I enjoy attachment…ooooh, that feeling I MUST have it gives me the courage to learn my lessons!  We dont' have to be afraid of our ignorance!  We can have the courage to enter any place with awareness and grow in wisdom and love!

Chi!  I spent this morning's whole practice penetrating attachment to food and life…hour after hour…sinking, penetrating….traveling to any attachment to body, sex, emotion, mind, intuition, society, environment - expanding the third eye, suffering the crown opening…..demanding I not lose consciousness…and at the last second * FLASH * …..attachment to food…!!! It is a phenomenon!!!!  A block!!!

ah!  You definitely had something there!  Of course, the deathless self is not attached to food, life.  To know Truth, to gain everlasting life, you risk everything…everything!  to know Freedom, you give up everything!!!

I wanted to thank you!….the gifts that people bring in conversation and sharing are doors of insight!  And I am grateful!

This opportunity may very well come to us one day!  That we will come together and laugh and laugh!  It will be a wonderful pleasure for me!

Chiatanyo, you are so courageous that you could put your heart through this!!!  I can see every move somehow and see how you were transformed.  What you must have gone through I even tremble to think of this!   What courage!  And you did it!!!  You learned, you learned to allow the love to be in the veins, not to reject it because of pain.  The love is what matters…oh, your sensitive heart (!)!!  You fall in love with every man that you hug!!!!  And the love racing through your veins is an alchemy turning all the base metals into gold !!!  Turning all the jeolously, possessiveness, hatred, pride…all turning into love!  Your whole energy system transforming, your sexual energy vibrating, radiating through every cell renewing your soul, your mind!  It must have been maddening! For all you are to be brought to the surface this way. 

This was quite genius!  To have a big group of people all embracing each other…every lover brings something that another lover could not!  The more experiences you have in love, with your sex rising like a fire, a wild dragon, a heated nite…the more you can transform and learn about yourself.

Chaitanyo, I am such a sensitive heart like you, but very quick to understand what this is about.  I too fall in love so easily!…My heart throbbing for the closeness and intimacy of knowing another's heart and love.  O, a man in love is like nothing I've ever seen!  I came to know the power of Shiva!! The unbelievable, stunning beauty of Shiva.  Worship is a light word compared the what the energy of a man does to me.  No doubt!  When a man's love is racing in his veins, my god, it is the most beautiful sight known to me!  It simply blows your mind! Blows your chakras, blows your tiny little ego need to control!!!

And I so agree with Osho, you are most beautiful when you hair is getting white and flesh is hanging…then, yes, you are beautiful!!!!

Chaitanyo, you are such a blessed person…a person who has spent their life pursuing truth and love, sitting with Masters, and striving to know who she is!  I tell you, Chiatanyo, I get dizzy thinking about what you have done..and my eyes fills with tears of love and gratitude that even this very day, I get to share in it somehow!….I have already told you that I am some jeolous of you…but actually it is not true…it is just my heart aches for the beauty of your life! 

And I know this too that you speak of, that people are fussing at us because we want more than the limited view of body and mind!  Since I was a young girl I lived my life like a lion, consumming everything…and all it did was make me more hungry, more wild, more empty…..my heart has gotten its workout!  It's so sweet!  So sweet!

O, Chiatanyo, may it be that we and all beings come to see with one mind, undual (!)..until that day, religion will always be here!  Until every soul is no longer living with a dualistic mind and view, but sees the whole.  And love is the highest alchemy, the quickest path, the boiling transformation.

Chi-Chi..chi-chi….what a beauitful mantra!….it soothes the soul!

O, Chi!  Will politicians be needed in a non-dual world?  In the clarity of enlightenment an absolutely different world opens up!  A totally different dimension!!!!  Society is one world, and you are in a totally different one!!!

Until then our work is to become more and more transparent, yes?…until we can even SEE the other side, but still we are not there.  No matter how clear and silent, you are either IN or OUT…..silence can become noise at any moment.  You must break through the barrier completely!  And the barrier is no-barrier! 

You vow to the expression of duality…..interesting!!!!!

I have found that you can only do one of two things to become total…either you love everything, expand yourself so much that there is only a YES in you, everything is related to you..nothing excluded….or else you simply reject it all.  Every bit of it.  Nothing excluded.  If you remain in the middle, related to some things, not to others, selective friends, narrowed down to likes and dislikes, you remain with the ego…

Chi!!!!  You are a unique flower!!!!  I mirror back to you..that I percieve the love and rejoice in the beauty of YOUR uniqueness!

Good Day, Kathy!!!!   Sometimes I do not receive messages from Gaia informing me of posts for a day or two! 

Kathy!  Your practice seems on fire!  Wow!

O, overcoming the deception of the mind is the art of meditation!  The art of religion!  To be religious means I wish to put down 'this', 'this' noise, this small reality so that I can see, see Truth. 

The mind will drive you mad!  Mind is like a pendulum, it swings from one side to the other.  And we are so identified with the mind that we are pulled constantly up and down, one side to the other. 

Choosing YES or NO…is not literal.  It is an attitude, a way to transcend mind.  For example, the Lord Buddha taught a negative path, the path of NO.  “Everything is Empty,”  he would say.  He did not mean empty as far as the ultimate reality is concerned.  He meant empty as far as you are concerned.  Anything you think about reality is not reality.  You must drop ALL of you and look through your eyes and you will see reality. You do not even have to look through your eyes, the happening will occur inside of you, for you are reality. But this is the negative attitude…the no…whatever happens, you simply reflect, this is empty…you do not project 'your' meaning onto it.  So when things are HIGH and you are happy, you do not become attached…and also when you are LOW…you do not become attached.  You allow with the attitude of it being empty.  this is negative path to freedom from mind.

and the positive path, the path of YES, is tantric!  Tantric path says all is YES.  and again this is an attitude...if something negative is felt, your attitude is of acceptance.  You accept with a attitude of 'yes' to all that happens, an openness to what you experience - good or bad to you.  You embrace…as Chi (!) wrote…I am that, I am that…I am that….I am both that which I experience as good or bad.  The whole madness of man is he wishes to choose all that is good and bright and reject all that feels bad and is dark.  We are both!  We are all.  Nothing to reject.  nothing is bad.  it's the rejecting attitude that hurts us, brings us pain and resistence.  So the method of tantra is I AM THAT..I AM THAT…  I am the rushing-mad mind!…no need to resist…allowing…and when you allow, you transcend!!!!  You are different than the mind. 

You either say I am that…or neti ,neti…not that, not that!  Both are attitudes.  You must be careful not to take it literal or else again you will be caught in mind.  We get attached to what the mind is doing, you will forever be pulled by duality.  Because mind is a pendulum..mind moves from one polarity to another, never staying in-between.  Mind moves from one polarity to another immediately.  If you are feeling good, sooner or later you will feel bad. 

both YES and NO give a transcendence to all the mind's happenings.

And by and by your awareness stays centered in your being…and your being begins to be felt…and this is bliss.  To know yourself beyond all happenings (beyond mind) is bliss!  Beyond all that comes and goes, you are!  And this ARE-ness, IS-ness is very blissful!  And that's not an attitude, it's reality!!!…it is blissful!

Thank you, Kathy!  and O, friend, I know how impossible it feels…because mind cannot grasp it!!!  It wonderfully maddening…as you say, I'm here typing, what is real?  what is not?  Only when the questions drop, do we know.  Just typing, no questions…the being inside is felt…that's all there is to know.  Crazy!!!! Chi-Chi!!!!  I understand your path!!!!  And I see now what you were saying about duality!  I see it perfectly!  THANK YOU for the beautiful poem!!!!  I get high on such love!

I spent many years, doing hours of deep breath work, worshiping Divine Shiva, chanting his 108 names!  I begin to quiver just saying it…allowing the meaning of his 108 names to penetrate my soul…the ultimate reality!  and also The Divine Shakti…worshiping her 108 names!  Singing, allowing the feeling of this to become my blood!  I would dance for an hour as if I were she…knowing in fact, I am more she than I!  then sit…after my body was hot with sweat, from breath and dance….then sit. focused strong on the third eye, unmoving, solid, hard, like Shiva, and worship the Lord Shiva in my body with his 108 names!

Then one day I caught on fire!  the consciousness mixed with the breath and blood…..transformation finally began to be more than a word!  And prayer began to be more than a sweet attitude, but a way of survival!!! (big smile!)….Queen Vidya!  Please God, Don't let me go mad! ….was my prayer!

To leave this world and enter the higher truths is not much different than the mad man that has left this world for his madness….

Chi, you are beautiful!!!!  I would kiss every wrinkle that you speak of!  The most beautiful woman in the entire world, to me, is my grandmother!  I wish I could show her to you!  She was without question LOVE!  How she did it, I don't know….a never-ending flow of laughter and kisses, embraces and acceptance…joy flowed out of her like Niagara Falls..!!!  And I would look at her animated face that had more wrinkles than anyone I've ever seen!!!  and I would say,  God, she's beautiful!!!!  I've never seen anything like it since!
