Hello World.  About myself.  I am absolutely wild about the art of meditation, loving the fruit - Enlightenment, Clarity, Connection, Blissfulness, Seeing Life as a Marvelous Journey.   I have spent my entire life practicing Zen, Yoga and Tibetian Buddhist Tantra. I have given my soul completely.  I arise everyday at two a.m. and meditate till six.  It is a great passion of mine, this art.  Knowing yourself as divine.  Not missing the chance of a lifetime.   Blissfulness is our nature.  And somehow deep inside I always knew that, and never felt content without it.  I know it is all of our natures to be blissful.  Being a mother of five young children, I live daily with the buddha-nature of these individuals, and believe perfectly that that nature exists ever-present in us all.  Their buddha-nature is easy to see. Yet they are ignorant of it.  When our eternal buddha-nature is realized again, we will be aware.  This is the joy, the bliss, the enlightenment! How to come home is the question.

I have founded an Enlightenment and Meditation Center here in Tahoe City.  You can visit the site at www.EnlightenmentandMeditation.com.  I teach Patanjali Yoga Meditation, Zen, and Tantra, giving these profound teachings to those reaching for enlightenment as an ultimate art.  And also I teach meditation to help people gain freedom from anxiety.   Meditation is a perfect science of mind and those that understand the mind quickly come to peace.  Learning right methods and having the right understanding brings right results - Peace and Blissfulness.  And with time and practice Realization of your Eternal Nature.

The ultimate experience is Yourself.  Meditation is the art of knowing yourself.  I have gained more happiness than I could ever give by learning and mastering this art.  I hope to spend the rest of my life sharing and helping all others come to know themselves as blissful.
